• Automating anything manual and building the tools traders use to spot issues before they happen
• Running the full derivatives lifecycle: trade capture, reconciliation, settlement and P&L
• Hunting down breaks, fixing them and making sure they never come back
• Going straight into SQL to query and fix data
• Being the go-to person for traders and middle office when something needs sorting

• Strong Python with a track record of automating and building tools
• Derivatives experience in trade support, middle office or operations
• Confident SQL and basic Linux
• The confidence to talk straight with traders when it matters
