Thedepartmentperformsavarietyoffinancialfunctions,includingaccountingandfinancialreporting,fixedassetsandexpensesmanagement,budgetandmanagementreporting,taxation(indirectanddirect),regulatoryreportingandtreasury(assetandliabilitymanagement).Asa Management Reporting Analyst -Mandarin Speaking,youwillberesponsibleforthepreparationandsubmissionofvarious

Management Reporting Analyst -What You'llbe Doing:

Ensureaccuratereportsto Head Office ,includingmonthlyfinancialanalysisreportsandexpensereports,andresolvefollow-upqueries
Preparevariousinternalfinancialanalysisreports,includingdailyvariancedashboard,profit-by-clientanalysis,swapanalysis,Net Interest Income (NII)/Net Interest Margin (NIM) analysisbydepartment,anddepartmentalexpenseanalysisreportfor

Senior Management
Supportwithincome/profitforecastingandbudgetingtasks
PrepareandmanageAOC(Advisory and Oversight Committee ) reports,ensuringcomplianceandaccuracyforauditpurposes
Ensurecontinuousimprovementofprocessesandcontrolsthroughcriticalassessmentofexistingworkflowsandeffectiveimplementationofproceduralchanges
Buildeffectiveworkingrelationshipswiththewider Bankaswellaswithintheteam,includingmentoringjuniorstaffmembers
Support with Management Information (MI) automationprojectstosupportdecision-makingthroughfinancialanalysisandinsights
Supportthedepartmenttoimprovepoliciesandprocedures
