• Participateinmarketingactivitiestoachievethetargetsofbusinessdevelopment
• Actasprimarypointofcontactforthecustomersandmaintaincustomerrelationships
• Processaccountopeningapplications
• Handlecashandotherrelateddutiesasacashieratclosedcounter
• Carryouttheclienton-boardingprocessandconduct
  
  Anti-Money Laundering(AML),Know Your Customer (KYC),Know Your Business (KYB) checkssuchas
  
  Customer Due Diligence (CDD) onnewclientsaccordingtothe
  
  Bank’spolicies
• Requestandobtain Sourceof Fund (SoF),Sourceof Wealth(SoW) fromcustomerswhereappropriate
• Ensurealloperationalactivitiesstrictlyadheretothe Bank’sinternalguidelines,regulatorypoliciesandprocedures
• Assistwiththepreparationofbusiness,statistical,AML,internalauditrequirementsandcompliancerequirementsreports
• Actascoverforanyotherstaffmemberswhenrequired

Succeed:

• Degreeeducatedin Finance,Economicsorotherrelevantsubjects
• Experienceincustomerservice,salesormarketingwouldbeadvantageous
• Experienceinbankingwithexposuretoareasofretailbankingispreferred
• Knowledgeofbankingoperations
• Knowledgeoftheregulatoryandlegislativerequirementsandindustrypracticeforthefinancialcrimedisciplines,including fraud,sanctionsandotherrelatedareas
• Excellent English and Mandarincommunicationskills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Teamplayerwhoisabletoworkindependently
• Goodproblemsolvingskills
