Finance Earth is seeking an Associate to join its growing environmental impact investment advisory and fund management team. This role offers the opportunity to work with market-leading clients on the cutting edge of conservation investment in the UK and internationally, positioning the successful candidate to become a recognized expert in environmental impact investing. The Associate will contribute to and lead a range of projects across the organization’s portfolio of funds and advisory programs.

The role is designed to provide progressive responsibility, with clear development pathways toward Senior Associate positions. As an Associate, you will take ownership of significant work streams and projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and leading delivery end-to-end. As you progress within the role and toward Senior Associate level, you will assume greater strategic responsibilities. This includes managing client relationships across small to medium projects, looking beyond individual work streams to understand the overall client picture and managing expectations proactively.

Senior Associates are expected to lead the execution of presentations and reports to a consistently high standard and to identify and develop opportunities for follow-on work with existing clients. Additionally, Senior Associates actively develop junior colleagues by delivering structured feedback and creating development opportunities within projects, while investing in external networking and representing Finance Earth at sector events and external panels.
