Wrotham Partners is a boutique capital advisory firm in London. We help Western businesses raise equity and debt from family offices, private investors and other allocators across the Gulf, and advise on sales and acquisitions involving Gulf capital.

A Vice President to run capital advisory mandates end to end, from the first teaser to signed terms, with direct responsibility for investor relationships among family offices and private investors across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha and Kuwait.

• Lead the day-to-day execution of equity, debt and M&A mandates
• Own investor processes: targeting, outreach, meetings, feedback and negotiation
• Build and deepen relationships with Gulf family offices and private investors
• Review and shape models, materials and data rooms prepared by analysts
• Support origination and help assess whether a mandate suits the investors we work with
• Train and develop analysts on live work

• Several years in investment banking, corporate finance, private capital or placement work, with transactions you can describe in detail
• Experience running investor processes or lender processes through to signed terms
• Relationships with, or a strong understanding of, Gulf investors
• Excellent modelling, drafting and negotiation skills
• Arabic is an advantage, not a requirement

EUR 72,000 to 84,000

Contractor or UK payroll.

A straight percentage of team fees collected, paid monthly on cash received.

EUR 300,000+

EUR 130,000 to 180,000 is realistic in year one.

A first conversation, a case discussion based on a real (anonymised) mandate, and a final meeting with the Founding Partners, followed by references.
