- Recent Financial Crime Transformation experience within Banking.
- AML, Sanctions, Fraud and Transaction Monitoring expertise.
- Screening & Monitoring Rules / Typology Development.
- Alert Handling and Financial Crime Operating Model Optimization.
- Strong Correspondent Banking and SWIFT Messaging knowledge.
- Financial Crime Regulatory Compliance expertise.
- Model Governance and Management experience.
- Stakeholder Management across Technology, Risk, Legal, Financial Crime and Procurement functions.
