Local Authority Housing Complaints Review Officer, East LondonPay rate to £32.92 per hourContract role, Local Authority HousingVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Housing Complaints Review Officer for a Local Authority in East London.
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.Details:
- Complaint investigation at stage 2
- Compliance tasks for Housing Ombudsman Cases
- Working in the office two days per week (one must be Thursdays)
Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO)
- Best Interest Assessor (BIA)
- Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)
- Looked After Children (LAC)
