Parking and Traffic CCTV Enforcement Officer

Location: Ashford, London, and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

We are looking to recruit four Parking and Traffic CCTV Enforcement Officers to operate on street CCTV cameras and unattended devices recording images of potential parking, bus lane, and moving traffic contraventions. The ideal candidate will review and input images, generating penalty charge notices in line with established guidelines and practices.

Our team includes Camera Enforcement Operators, Supervisors, and Parking Managers who collaborate to maintain high levels of performance and quality.

Contract Details
  • Contract Type: Full‑time, Permanent
  • Salary: SC4 £ 30,288 – £31,611 per annum
  • Interview: w/c 26th January 2026
  • Closing Date: Sunday 11th January 2026
Responsibilities
  • Operate CCTV systems to review parking, bus lane, and moving traffic contraventions.
  • Input and generate penalty charge notices in accordance with legislation, traffic regulation orders, and code of practice.
  • Compile and classify evidence data, maintain records and documentation as required.
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of performance and quality.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Level 2 BTEC in CCTV Traffic Enforcement or equivalent, and/or experience in ANPR enforcement.
  • In‑depth knowledge of legislation, regulations, procedures, and guidance relevant to parking and traffic enforcement.
  • Experience operating all equipment within the control room integrated in the parking enforcement camera system.
  • Experience using the closed‑loop television system to observe contraventions in accordance with relevant guidance.
