Location: Greater London
A London Borough Council is seeking a Local Land Charges Officer to deliver excellent service through completing searches and maintaining registers. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Local Land Charges and experience in customer service. Full training will be provided even for candidates without direct experience. This position offers a hybrid work model and a 12-month fixed-term contract with extensive benefits including 40 days of annual leave.
