Position: Housing Strategy Lead
Location: South East London

You will be an instrumental part of a growing Social Housing organisation who values transparency and accountability, you will delve into the process of becoming a Registered Social Housing provider and lead on this proposal and any further Compliance.

Housing Strategy Lead

South East London - Hybrid, 3 days office based

Permanent, Up to £60,00 - 68,000 per annum

Duties of the Housing Strategy and Assurance role includes, but is not limited to:

Leading the organisation through their journey with the Social Housing Regulator
Embedding a strong governance and assurance framework
Supporting the Board and senior leadership with high‑quality regulatory insight
Ensuring the organisation remains regulation‑ready as it grows
Influencing how safe, compliant and resident‑focused the organisation becomes
