Job Title:

Environmental Sustainability Role

Location: British Film Institute - London

Contract: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver industry-wide initiatives to support a green transition as outlined by the mandate in Screen Culture 2033.
  • Communicate effectively the case for climate change mitigation and adaptation to diverse stakeholders.
  • Work with the Head of Environmental Sustainability to deliver the ambitions of the BFI Environmental Sustainability Strategy (2024-27).

    • Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of climate change mitigation and adaptation.
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability challenges, solutions, initiatives, and opportunities in the cultural and creative industries.
  • Detailed knowledge of carbon management, low-carbon technologies, renewable energy, and energy efficiencies.
