The UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) asaSenior Policy Adviserleading  our work on the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child (UNCRC),reporting to the Head of UK Policy and working closely with colleagues in London and our office in Edinburgh.

AsSenior Policy Adviser (UNCRC) you will lead our foundational advocacy work toembedthe UN Convention on the Rights of the Child across the four nations of the UK and Crown dependencies. Sitting within the Advocacy Department, you will be ensuring that child rights are embedded in all UNICEF UK’s work, playing a critical role in our influencing work.

We are seeking candidates committed to children and their rights and motivated to work towards achieving a world that is fit for every child. You will bring demonstrable experience of a dvising, negotiating with and building relationships with senior stakeholders across governments, public sector and civil society grounded in in-depth knowledge of the UNCRCand its status in legislation and policy.
