Location: Greater London
A recruitment agency is seeking a SEND Tribunal Officer for a fully remote position. This initial 3-month contract offers £350 per day inside IR35. The successful candidate will oversee mediations and appeals, draft responses, and manage a tribunal caseload. A proven track record as a Tribunal Officer within a local authority and knowledge of SEN/D and the SEND Code of Practice is essential.
