A local authority in London is seeking a Triage Officer to handle housing and homelessness enquiries. This role involves conducting assessments, providing initial housing advice, and managing a fast-paced caseload. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential. This is a temporary position for 6 months with a working pattern of 3 days on-site.
