SALARY: £34,800 to £42,126 per annum + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION:
Hybrid working partly from the office in Ealing, West London (W5) and partly from home
JOB TYPE:
Full‑Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Full clean UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this role
JOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Anti‑Social Behaviour Resolution Specialist to take ownership of a complex caseload of anti‑social behaviour cases across multiple tenures.
As an Anti‑Social Behaviour Resolution Specialist you will lead on case management, tenancy enforcement and safeguarding, working in partnership with legal teams, Police and Local Authorities to achieve sustainable resolutions and protect communities.
The Anti‑Social Behaviour Resolution Specialist will draft legal documentation, prepare witness statements, attend court hearings and provide expert advice across the organisation, ensuring compliance with housing legislation and best practice.
DUTIES- Case Management:
Manage a complex caseload of ASB cases across multiple tenures, interpreting tenancy agreements and leases to ensure appropriate enforcement action - Legal Preparation:
Prepare detailed witness statements, draft Notices Seeking Possession and compile court‑ready documentation - Court Representation:
Work alongside the in‑house legal team and represent the organisation at court hearings - Multi‑Agency Working:
Attend multi‑agency meetings with Police, Local Authorities, MPs, Councillors and community partners to support case resolution - Customer Service:
Maintain regular communication with residents, delivering high standards of customer care and support - Victim and Perpetrator Support:
Provide advice, referrals and ongoing assistance to victims and alleged perpetrators throughout the lifecycle of a case - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all boroughs and partner agencies - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate case management records on IT systems and ensure effective manual documentation where required - Advisory Support:
Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues on lower‑level ASB cases and quality assurance in ASB practice
ESSENTIAL
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with the ability to travel across the operational geography
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent) or relevant professional experience with evidence of continuing professional development in housing, ASB or legal frameworks
- Previous experience managing complex ASB casework including contested legal action and mediation
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of anti‑social behaviour legislation, regulation and best practice
- Experience drafting legal and court documentation and representing cases at court
- Proven ability to manage workload, prioritise complex cases and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues
- Confident stakeholder management skills within multi‑agency environments
- Excellent IT skills with experience using case management and reporting systems
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Grades A
* to C - This role requires an Enhanced DBS check
DESIRABLE
- CIH membership or willingness to work towards a recognised housing qualification
- Experience in coaching, training and quality assurance relating to ASB practice
