The House of Commons is excited to offer a Customer Insight Officer (Apprentice) role within the Research and Information Team. This 2-year apprenticeship provides extensive training and support while helping you understand customer insight within UK Parliament.
You will assist with managing engagement data, coordinating meetings, and supporting various projects. Ideal applicants will possess good communication skills and be at least 18 years old. Benefits include generous leave and a robust pension scheme.
