Senior Local Land Charges Officer

As a Senior Local Land Charges Officer working for this Local Authority in East London you will be required to maintain and update the statutory Land Charges Register and other necessary records using the Council’s back‑office systems.

You will be accountable for the effective administration of the Local Land Charges team, working to deal with applications for official searches and enquiries.

We are looking for someone who has worked in this capacity before within a Local Authority.

You will need to be familiar with planning databases. It is essential that you can hit the ground running as you will join a busy team and be active from day one.

The role will initially be offered for 3-6 months and may extend. The rate will be £29.75/hr (umbrella).
