Location: Greater London
Brackenberry is working closely with the Local Authority in Lambeth to appoint a Cessation of Duty Officer on a 3-month contract. The role is pivotal in managing homelessness applications and working to end duties lawfully in accordance with housing laws.
As a Cessation of Duty Officer, you will engage with residents and partners to ensure that housing outcomes are sustainable. A strong knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 and experience with vulnerable populations are essential.
The pay rate ranges from £22.73 to £29.96 per hour, and immediate availability is required.
