The Financial Conduct Authority seeks a Prudential Policy Lead to drive the design, review and enhancement of prudential regimes, including IFPR/MIFIDPRU, MIPRU, IPRU and related standards across payments, e‑money and crypto.
You will lead high‑impact policy work, provide senior‑level briefings, manage multiple work streams and line‑manage a small team, reporting to the Financial Resilience Division. Hybrid working with substantial UK responsibilities.
