Local authority in London is seeking a Homelessness Reviews Officer to conduct statutory s.202 homelessness reviews under the Housing Act 1996. You will assess duty owed, priority need, and related decisions, drafting defensible review letters within statutory timescales, and collaborate with Housing Options, Legal Services and partner agencies.
The role requires at least 3 years’ homelessness/housing experience, strong knowledge of Housing Act 1996 and HRA 2017, and excellent letter-writing
