The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council is seeking a Council Tax Accounts Officer to support residents with billing queries and account help. Based in the Borough three days per week, you’ll be part of a dedicated Revenues and Benefits team focused on clear, supportive communication.
You will handle a range of tax queries, explain discounts and exemptions, and assist with payment plans while maintaining accurate records and supporting court proceedings as needed.
