Housing Registration Assistant needed in Islington on a full-time temporary basis, paying £22.14 per hour (PAYE). You will review all applications on Islington’s housing register and amend or reassess as needed, and assist customers in completing forms and explaining the allocations scheme.
You will handle phone and face-to-face duty to customers, liaise with the Area Housing Office and external partners for follow-up, and conduct related enquiries.
