The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking two Planning Obligations Officers to join our Planning Obligations Team in Greenwich, London. You will administer and monitor developer contributions, including CIL and Section 106 agreements, plus the new Building Safety Levy.
You will ensure compliance with legislation, monitor obligations, prepare financial reports, maintain records, and provide guidance to developers and stakeholders.
