Colbern Limited is seeking an experienced Housing Register Officer for the Ilford area on a contract basis. The role involves 2-3 days in the office and handling housing register assessments, eligibility determinations and decisions on waiting times and preferences.
You will also conduct medical assessments, provide housing options advice, notify applicants of outcomes, and work with Choice Homes UK to advertise void properties and allocate homes. A strong knowledge of housing law is essential.
