Carrington West is seeking a Landlord Complaints Investigator in East London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on managing Stage 2 Housing Management and Assets complaints, delivering high-quality responses and ensuring investigations meet procedures and timescales.
You will work with the Housing Ombudsman Service, provide senior management insights, and help drive continuous improvements across housing services. This is a 3-month initial contract with a full-time (36 hours) schedule.
