Location: Greater London
Enfield Council is seeking a Cessation of Duty (COD) Officer to manage a caseload of complex homelessness cases and determine lawful discharge of housing duties under the Housing Act. The role involves reviewing evidence, assessing affordability and intentional homelessness, and drafting legally robust decision letters to withstand Section 202 Reviews and potential appeals.
