Location: Greater London
Ealing Council in London is seeking five Career Grade Housing Solutions Officers on a full-time basis. You will prevent homelessness, advise customers, and assess eligibility for housing assistance while delivering practical housing solutions.
You will interview applicants, manage the Housing Register, and work within a team to improve services for residents, complying with the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
