• Job Purpose:

• To positively contribute to the Local Land Charges service in accordance with the aims, objectives, and priorities of the Council to agreed quality, performance standards and in a cost-effective manner.
• To maintain the Local Land Charges register.
• To process official Local Land Charges Searches and deal with additional enquiries.
• The role is hybrid, attendance at the office is required for fixed days each week. There may be times when it is expected for the post holder to travel outside of the Borough to deliver services on behalf of Barnet.

• To update all in-house records as required relating to Local Land Charges, including but not restricted to updating the Local Land Charges Register.
