Job OverviewDior is expanding its luxury skincare expertise into the world of treatments. The Skincare Therapist will deliver exquisite and luxury treatments, embodying Dior Institut legitimacy and exclusive techniques, while promoting Dior’s image of skincare expertise through conducting Dior Private Skin Treatments and providing the highest standard of service to clients.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct Dior Private Skin Treatments, including facial treatments, bespoke micropeeling and treatments for men
- Provide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation to customers and book skincare treatment services
- Educate customers on Dior products, particularly on skincare application techniques and routines, and on the Dior brand
- Achieve retail sales targets and facial targets on a monthly basis
- Support the team with planning and executing key events and PR activities when requested
- Embed the Welcome to Dior approach in every client interaction
- Manage client bookings and build client profiles tailored to treatments offered
- Attend regular bespoke training and ensure product and service knowledge is promoted
- Sell Dior products and skincare treatments, providing a high standard of service throughout the whole sale via Dior professional selling techniques
- Cross‑sell makeup and fragrance, applying a global approach
- Coach Beauty Consultants on skincare diagnosis, consultation and gestures and application tips (if Dior Cabin for Dior Private Skin Treatments at the counter)
- Update the ipos tool with client data, including all sales and client profiles
- Develop and utilize the customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments)
- Ensure cabins adhere to hygiene and quality standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to Boutique or Counter Manager to ensure sufficient stock, particularly on skincare products
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- Adhere to Dior grooming guidelines and cabin and store standards
- Respect corporate & counter rules and report to trade store management team and operational staff
- Directly report to Dior in‑store management team and internal interactions with Training, Sales and Marketing Team Members
- Represent the brand values towards the client and demonstrate a Dior attitude at all times
- Preferably with skincare luxury business experience
- Previous professional treatment experience and understanding of skin analysis
- Experience in a spa environment desirable
- Experience of working in a luxury retail environment but not essential
Possess formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ or Diploma.

- Excellent knowledge on the face and body anatomy, muscles, skin and how it functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in “local language”
- Able and willing to coach and develop people in skincare diagnosis & consultation
