• Provide high‑quality treatments for clients in line with clinic treatment guidelines
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ needs and set realistic expectations
• Actively promote additional services and products, enhancing overall experience and tailoring treatments
• Work with sales targets
• Ensure all client records are up to date pre‑ and post‑treatment

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience with laser hair removal (desired)
• Team player who works collaboratively
• Positive and friendly attitude with clients
• Attention to detail with client records
• Excellent standards with regard to client experience
