• Offering high‑quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment
• Performing prep work and properly cleaning and restocking the treatment room
• Ensuring exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests
• Handling special requests from guests, including therapist preferences and treatment methods, and showing intuition and empathy, especially when guests are celebrating special occasions

• Previous experience in a Spa – at least 1 year, as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments
• Qualifications – ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massage including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments
• Knowledge of treatments, contra‑indications and skincare retail sales is desirable
• Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
• Immaculate personal grooming standards
