Spa Beauty Therapist

Temp All Staffing Ltd on behalf of a reputable spa and wellness facility. This visionary, state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to positive lifestyle changes, offering guests a blend of progressive fitness, cryotherapy, and specialist nutrition. They are seeking professional Spa/Beauty Therapist to act as a brand ambassador and deliver world-class treatments within this luxury wellness environment.

• 3,4 or 5 shifts weekly
• Two weekends off a month
• Rising commission structure

• Elite Treatment Delivery: Provide high-standard spa and beauty therapies including massage (occupying 50%+ of working time), facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Specialist Services: Execute premium treatments such as Elemis facials, CACI, and Lipofirm (training provided for the right candidate).
• Consultative Care: Conduct thorough client assessments, including medical history and allergy checks, to provide tailored treatment recommendations.
• Facility Excellence: Maintain treatment rooms to a “gold standard” of cleanliness and presentation; manage equipment and stock levels diligently.
• Brand Advocacy: Proactively promote the facilities services and products, ensuring guests receive a seamless, high-end experience.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the highest levels of discretion and professional conduct regarding guest data and behaviour.

• Qualification: Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Technical Skill: Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of beauty and skincare treatments.
• Stamina: Physically capable of performing multiple massage treatments and physically demanding therapies daily.
• Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a “people-first” attitude and smart, professional appearance.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and long days.
• Right to Work: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Proven experience in a luxury 4

• Experience with eyelash extensions, Elemis, and CACI.
• Strong track record in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
