As a Nail Technician you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional nail treatments and services to our clients.

Urban Rose Beauty Wembley Park is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Nail Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty and wellness, dedicated to making clients look and feel their best, and has a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to high standards.

• Provide luxury manicures & pedicures and nail treatments, including the application of CND Shellac and other high‑quality nail polish brands.
• Offer hand and foot massages as part of the client experience.
• Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients from the moment they enter the salon.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, answering questions and recommending suitable treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Educate clients on post‑treatment care and suggest salon products that can enhance and prolong their results.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised according to health and safety standards and that all hygiene protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with other beauty therapists and staff members to ensure smooth operation of the salon, participating in team meetings and training sessions, and fulfilling ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the line manager.
• Optional: perform beauty treatments such as eyebrow tinting, facials, body waxing, eyelash lifting and brow lamination, and full body massage in a professional work environment.

• Minimum Level 2 Beauty Therapy Qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ spa/clinic experience.
• Exceptional people skills dealing with all customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and be self‑motivated.
