Professional Barber

We are seeking a skilled and personable Professional Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients in a welcoming environment. Chair rent: £100 per/week

• Deliver professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and styling tailored to individual client preferences
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer expert advice on styles and products
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for safety and hygiene standards

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalised advice
• Proficiency in barbering techniques, including fades, line-ups, beard trimming, and traditional shaves
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding grooming experiences
• Knowledge of current grooming trends and products is desirable but not essential
• Must have social media
• Must have a minimum of 10 clients on private books
