Etica Clinic, renowned for exceptional customer service, innovative laser and aesthetic treatments, and advanced skin solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and sales‑oriented Senior Laser/Aesthetic Therapist. The role requires a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to up‑sell and cross‑sell treatments and products while consistently exceeding daily and monthly targets. You will build strong client relationships and work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated team.

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, specifically as a Senior Therapist
• Required 5 years of experience in laser hair removal
• NVQ Level 4 Beauty Therapy (required)
• Level 4 Laser qualification preferred
• Experience in Cryopen and Advanced electrolysis

• Strong sales experience (essential)
• Ability to work toward and exceed targets (essential)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to build great client relationships
• Smart and professional in appearance
