Spa Therapist – art’otel Hoxton

We’re recruiting for a Spa Therapist for our fantastic art’otel Hoxton team. Located in London’s cultural core, the 26‑floor hotel offers a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, and a thriving spa. Weekend availability required.

• Salary:
  Base £14.50 per hour + Commission

• Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs and wraps, all tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct client consultations to understand preferences, concerns and contraindications, ensuring clients feel welcomed, listened to and cared for.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback.
• Keep your professional environment always clean, organised and beautifully presented, including treatment rooms and equipment.
• Assist with retail sale of spa products and recommend suitable items to clients.
• Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and team.

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified – Beauty Therapy
• Flexible and available where needed
• Knowledgeable about other spa facilities and ready to recommend them
• Up to date with latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies
• Adheres to high hygiene and sanitation standards, following all spa protocols and regulations
• Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices and aftercare, ready to educate clients
• Excellent people skills and ability to connect with others
