• Offer high‑quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock the treatment room
• Ensure exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of guests
• Handle special requests from guests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods, and show intuition and empathy, particularly when guests are celebrating special occasions

• Previous experience in a spa – at least one year as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments
• Qualifications:
  
  ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massage, including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments
• Knowledge of treatments, contraindications and skincare retail sales is desirable
• Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
• Immaculate personal grooming standards
