• Assisting senior stylists with cutting, styling, colour, and treatments
• Shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services
• Keeping the salon clean, organised, and guest‑ready at all times
• Welcoming clients and supporting the overall salon experience
• Learning every day — technique, timing, and professionalism

• Have completed a recognised hairdressing course or have salon floor experience
• Are genuinely passionate about hair and the industry
• Work well in a team and communicate confidently
• Are detail‑driven, reliable, and eager to improve
• Feel confident with blow‑dries (root blends are a bonus, not a must)
