Candidate Profile

As a Spa Therapist you should be confident in massage and beauty treatments delivered at Lanesborough standard whilst offering each guest a personalised, bespoke experience at The Lanesborough Club and Spa. You will be trained on high‑end products such as Ila and La Prairie and have retail opportunities to maximise revenue.

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa.
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management.
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• Show drive for excellent customer service by leading by example.
• Passionate about fitness and wellbeing.
• Role requires an element of manual handling.
