Salon Manager / Senior Hair Stylist. We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager / Senior Hair Stylist to join our growing salon on the Isle of Dogs, London E14. Our salon is located in a busy area with an estimated daily footfall of around 20,000 people. We currently have five fully equipped hairdressing stations and a separate treatment room that can accommodate either two nail stations or two additional hair-washing beds.

The role includes:

• Managing the daily operation of the salon.
• Leading and supporting the salon team.
• Managing staff rotas, attendance and performance.
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
• Maintaining excellent service, hygiene and presentation standards.
• Helping increase bookings, walk-in customers and repeat business.
• Monitoring sales, stock and performance targets.
• Providing professional hairdressing services.
• Supporting recruitment and training.
• Helping develop hair, nail and beauty services.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Stylist.
• Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Confidence managing staff and resolving problems.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to grow salon revenue.
• Good spoken English.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A professional, reliable and positive attitude.
