Job Summary You will deliver high-quality facial workouts while driving exceptional customer experience, sales, and client retention within the studio. You will also promote FACEGYM services and retail offerings, ensuring every client receives a 5

Duties & Responsibilities Deliver all workouts in line with FACEGYM protocols Promote and sell FACEGYM workouts, products, and homecare both in-studio and front of house Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey Use strong communication skills, body language, and rapport-building techniques to adapt to different client needs Confidently overcome selling challenges and create engaging retail experiences Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked workstations in line with Health & Safety standards Maximise retail opportunities and drive client retention Operate POS systems, tills, and booking systems (Zenoti) efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare, products, and treatments Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth studio operations Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional presentation Take full ownership of the client journey-from consultation through to treatment, aftercare, and checkout Person Specification NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent Experience in beauty, retail, or spa environments Strong customer service and sales skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Positive, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach Team player with a professional and engaging attitude Able to stand for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts) Fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends Our Perks Generous commission on retail and services Exclusive discounts for you, friends, and family on FACEGYM services 50% discount on FACEGYM products Additional day of holiday for each year of service Access to a confidential employee assistance programme Why FACEGYM?
