We're partnering with an exciting new luxury beauty concept launching in one of London's most prestigious department stores, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Consultant to become part of the founding team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a premium, founder-led beauty business from day one, representing two innovative brands that are redefining modern skincare, fragrance and beauty through exceptional products and immersive client experiences.

As a Senior Beauty Consultant, you'll be a true brand ambassador, delivering elevated one-to-one consultations, building long-term client relationships, and creating memorable luxury retail experiences. You'll support the wider team by leading through example on the shop floor while driving commercial success through outstanding service and storytelling.

• Experience with in luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance or premium cosmetics
• A genuine passion for clienteling and building lasting customer relationships
• Strong consultation and selling skills with a personalised approach
• Commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• A positive, energetic personality with impeccable presentation
