Beauty Therapist

Etica Clinic is seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented Senior Laser and Aesthetic Therapist to join its busy clinic. The successful candidate will provide professional, detail-focused treatments while building strong client relationships and contributing positively both independently and as part of a team. The role involves delivering laser procedures and advanced skincare treatments, recommending suitable treatments and products, and working towards daily and monthly commercial targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling.

Requirements.

• At least three years of industry experience, including experience as a Senior Therapist.
• At least five years of experience in laser hair removal.
• NVQ Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Level 4 Laser qualification.
• Experience with Cryo Pen and advanced electrolysis.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• A proven ability to build excellent client relationships and exceed targets.
• A professional approach and friendly, outgoing manner.
• Willingness to travel.

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity.

Employment: Part-time

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, occasional Saturdays.

Salary: from £15 hourly

Benefits: 2-5% commission
