Spa Receptionist

A prestigious luxury hotel in Central London is seeking an experienced and service-focused Spa Receptionist to join its exclusive and newly established spa team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a sophisticated wellness environment offering a unique combination of advanced treatments, holistic therapies and innovative wellness experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa or high-end wellness environment and will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Spa Manager and wider spa team, the Spa Receptionist will oversee the smooth running of the reception area, whilst supporting the commercial performance of the spa through reservations, retail sales and upselling opportunities.

What you'll do
