• Provide personal care and emotional support to individuals in their homes or supported living environments
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship
• Support individuals with specialised needs in maintaining independence and dignity
• Follow care plans and report any changes in wellbeing to the care management team

• A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and reliability
• Experience in care (preferred, but not essential – full training provided)
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this)
