Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Neurophysiologist to join our client's team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality neurophysiological services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting patient care through accurate and detailed neurophysiological assessments.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of neurophysiological tests and procedures, including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies.
- Prepare patients for procedures, operate neurophysiological equipment, and analyze test data.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to quality control protocols, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with neurologists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive neurophysiological care.
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist or equivalent.
- BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in neurophysiology, including advanced techniques.
- Proficiency in neurophysiological equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
