Job Title: Locum Occupational Therapist

Location: Hammersmith

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

• Band 7 Occupational Therapist to work in the Renal medicine Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy Inpatient team

• Occupational Therapy caseload within an integrated Occupational therapy/Physiotherapy team;
  Team leadership shared with other senior colleagues;
  Will need to clinically and operationally supervise junior therapists, report into the Clinical service lead or other clinical leads on site, Equipment ordering and all other responsibilities of a band 7 Occupational therapist

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
