Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Children’s Community Nurse to work with an NHS Trust in Chadwell Heath. This full‑time locum position is based in a Community Paediatric Nursing Service, with proposed working hours of Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The role is set to begin on 24/11/2025 and will last until 30/01/2026, offering an hourly rate of £32.00 (gross, full rate).

Please note that this position is inside IR35.

Eligibility and

Qualifications:

To be eligible, you must have a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience as an RSCN or RNC, significant community children’s nursing experience, and be competent in assessment of the sick child, IV therapy, central line management, venepuncture, oncology, wound care, long‑term condition management, and palliative care. Candidates must be on the DBS Update Service, fully compliant as soon as possible due to the urgency of the role, and have 3 years of employment references on file.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are also essential.
