• Treat a 100% MSK caseload
• Work independently in clinic while receiving support from Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead and Clinical Mentor
• Cooperate with digital systems to manage patient queries and administrative tasks
• Participate in guaranteed annual pay reviews and protected learning time scheduled by Ascenti

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree (2:2 or above) or on course to graduate at this level
• Full Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) membership
• Evidence of conducting initial assessments, providing diagnoses, and prescribing management plans
• Track record of effective communication with patients
• Strong English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)

• Guaranteed annual pay review and promotion to Senior MSK Physiotherapist after 3 years post‑qualified
