, South Camden Core Team. Full‑time role focused on community mental health transformation.
We are at the forefront of an innovative, holistic, recovery‑oriented biopsychosocial approach to supporting people with mental health difficulties, working in partnership with primary care, other NHS providers and the voluntary sector. Each population unit is based on a Primary Care Network (PCN) footprint, bringing together NHS, voluntary sector, peer support and community organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver group interventions and 1:1 therapy using a Structured Clinical Management model and other evidence‑based approaches.
- Engage in joint assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation within an MDT, including weekly clinical meetings to discuss complex cases and develop MDT formulations.
- Provide opportunities for leadership, research, service development and consultation to the system, liaising with professionals involved in the care of individuals.
Qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist (Band
6) with registration as a clinical psychologist.
Required to work at various locations across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington as needed. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at other reasonable and necessary locations on a temporary or permanent basis.
